Well, according to a recent study, most consumers remain unaware of the advanced telematics functionality found in many of today’s cars. The Connected Car report comes from Morpace Inc., which in October 2010 asked over 1,700 consumers what they knew about the growing telematics market. The goal of the study was to help car-makers discover what about telematics might interest consumers, but what they found was that most people just don’t know what the technology has to offer.
